The Media Gallery provides a central view of all images and media files associated with your project — source images, photographs, and other documents.
Access it from the media icon on the Action Bar. From the gallery you can view, add, or remove media items, and link them to sources or people.
Each media item can carry a caption, which appears beneath the picture in printed reports. Captions can be formatted using the toolbar above the caption field, and Enter starts a new line within the caption.
Where a full-page image (one not set to display inline) has no caption, it is enlarged to fill the page, making use of the space a caption would otherwise take. Add a caption if you would prefer the picture sized to leave room for it beneath.
