Report ConfigurationReport Configuration
Reports have several configuration options that affect how the narrative is generated and presented. These are accessed from the report’s properties.
Key configuration options include:
- Number of generations — how many generations to include in ancestor or descendant narrative items.
- Source groups — which source groups to include.
- Adoption handling — whether to follow birth, adopted, or both family lines (see Adopted persons).
- Page layout — paper size, margins, and orientation.
- Headers and footers — text that appears on each page.
- Font and styling — override the default report font and size.
